As Senior Director of Marketing at Church & Dwight, leading the ARM & HAMMER Laundry business, Laurie sets the strategic direction for the Brand and empowers a dedicated Marketing Team. Laurie is responsible for deepening the emotional connection with consumers, driving revenue, profit growth, market share and social engagement for the Brand. Throughout her 15 years at Church & Dwight she has also led power brands and teams in Health & Wellbeing including Vitamins and Women’s Health, honing her skills in marketing, advertising, innovation and thought leadership. Prior to joining Church & Dwight, Laurie was a Consumer Insights Vice President at IRI leading teams across top consumer package good companies in Personal Care, Skincare, Nutrition, and Healthcare Verticals.
